If you scour the net or the magazine shelves for a few minutes or so you’ll see just how much bodybuilding information is out there, trying to tell you about the latest and greatest supplements or the training techniques the professional bodybuilders use. All of this information is (on the whole) great but is of little use to the new bodybuilder such as yourself. What you want (we hope!) is a no-nonsense guide on how to pack on as much good quality muscle in as little time as possible. You want information that is right for you, not some 280 pound 10-year veteran bodybuilder. This is what we want to provide to you here on this website – somewhere for the beginner bodybuilder to feel cared for, and somewhere where all the crap is cut out – nothing but the plain and simple facts that are designed to help you the new bodybuilder to get big, quick.

Welcome to our no-nonsense beginners guide to building muscle. This guide, along with all the other articles on this website are designed to give you a good solid understanding to build your bodybuilding lifestyle and career with. Use this guide more as a beginning – it’s aim is to give you a broad overview of how to go about getting big and to help you not get confused by the information that you will read over time on this website and all the other websites, magazines and books in the future – the biggest secret in bodybuilding is to not lose the ‘Big Picture’ in your mind, don’t lose focus on the major things you need to do in order to get big – by all means research the latest supplements, foods and training techniques but not at the cost of losing focus on the truly important basics that you need to have absolutely right for the super-supplements etc. to work.

Stick with the basics, as detailed below and always always keep them foremost in your mind – this is what will separate you from those who can’t and you’ll be well on your way to packing on the beef while the others follow one super expensive supplement to the next or this crazy training scheme to that bonkers crazy scheme without ever really getting big at all. Once you have the basics so well learned they are second nature to you, and you’ve packed on 15 pounds or more then by all means start adding to them but don’t forget the basics – sorry to sound like a broken record but this really is the key to your bodybuilding success. Keep it simple and get big!
